ZHDC 2020 will take place on 14th, 15th, and 16th February, 2020. The British Parliamentary format will be followed.
Registrations will close on Tuesday, 11th February, 2020.
Do not fill the form multiple times. The form has been made editable, and so any changes can be made by the teams to their initial entries.
The registration fee is Rs. 500 per team, and will be paid on the first day of the event, on Friday, February 14, at the registration desk. Observers are not allowed. Please note that, regardless of the reason, teams won’t be allowed to participate in the tournament without making the payment on time, at the registration desk.
The adjudication policy is n-1 and will be strictly followed. Teams have to ensure that their adjudicators are available for the Adjudication Test on Friday, February 14th, (the schedule will be uploaded during the last week of January). The respective judges should be present for all preliminary rounds. Failure to comply with any part of the policy will result in the team being declared as ineligible to participate in the tournament or being deactivated in some preliminary rounds.
In case of two students in a team enrolled within the same educational institute, the team will be considered a part of the educational institute’s delegation and not be allowed to register as a private team (for the purposes of evading the N-1 adjudication policy), although they may be allowed to change their team name for the purposes of the tab.
There will be separate breaks in the Open category, U-19 category and the Novice category.
To be eligible for the Novice category you must have only participated in one competition prior or none.
