Gitchia Institute conducted a two-day Internal Training on ISO (International Standard for Educational Organisation Management Systems) 21001:2025, focusing on strengthening our 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 and aligning institutional practices with international standards.
The training aimed to equip our internal team with the knowledge and skills to effectively evaluate, monitor, and improve educational processes in compliance with ISO 21001 requirements.

Teacher Training at NGS Gujranwala Campus!
A productive training session was held at the NGS Gujranwala Campus, focusing on key areas to strengthen academic quality and classroom effectiveness.
The training was focused on fostering conducive learning enhancement, conducting effective coordination meetings
and quality lesson planning.
The session was led by Mrs. Saadia Khalid (Head of Training, Quality Enhancement & School Improvement) and Ms. Julia Shakeel (Middle School Academics facilitator), who shared valuable insights to empower our educators and enhance teaching practices.

Annual prize distribution Ceremony
This annual event is organized every November, honoring outstanding students in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities. Medals and certificates are presented to acknowledge their achievements and encourage further motivation.
Annual Bonfire
In January, NGS students organize a bonfire event, often accompanied by a music festival featuring either a Qawwali performance or an open mic session.
Sports Festival
NGS regularly organizes this sports event, bringing together students from major institutions across Lahore to showcase their athletic skills. Typically attended by over 500 students, the event features around 14 different competitions, including chess and scrabble. Winners are honored with medals and certificates.
Farewell & Welcome parties
Each year, students and staff come together to honor the incredible journey of the graduating class. Likewise, new students are warmly received at NGS with a welcome party organized by NGites.
International public speaking competition (IPSC)
The International Public Speaking Competition is a prestigious annual event organized by the English Speaking Union (ESU). NGS has been hosting this event for the past 25 years. From Punjab, the two top speakers are selected to compete in Karachi at the national level. The two winners of the national competition then advance to the UK for the International competition.
